What Dai Vernon did for cards, Peter Turner does for mentalism. He focuses on the emotions conjured up in the minds of the spectators and reaching that emotion in the most direct and straightforward way.
As described, the video is conversational in style, no production values, (and there's a smoke alarm in need of a new battery sounding off in the background)p but very useful, and practical ideas shared here. The demo at the beginning is charming and the viewer is permitted an idea for a presentation that is quite nice. The method for that presentation is not shared, but it might be worked our with some reverse engineering.
The two methods for forcing a page, and in turn a word, are not new, but Peter provides some insight and guidance that is very helpful.
The price is reasonable and worth two viewings, one to watch and the next to take a few notes for those things that appeal to you.
It's decent, nothing extroidinary, but nothing horrible. There are some nice subleties. It was worth the money overall.
This is the real work by Peter Turner.
Look no further.
