The Reader’s Envelope is a new, multi purpose EDC (every day carry) tool for mentalists.
The Reader's Envelope is an extremely fun and quite useful peek device. Throughout the course of the video download you will learn three different ways to construct the Envelope. This download is very simple to understand and he walks you through everything you would like to know about how to construct this super deceptive peek device. This is well thought out and well designed. This is well worth the few cents it is going to take for you to put this together and will last for several performances or more depending on the material you choose to use. This is a great diy project and something simple and unassuming that will fly right by the spectator. Please pick this up if you're interested in peek devices and wallets, this item could be something you use for decades.
So while this is not being marketed as a wallet, it would definitely work as one. Lewis even says that he made it up in leather at one time but likes the paper version more. Personally I think it makes for a great business card wallet. With the ability to not only switch objects like a Himber it can also provide a clear peek of what is written or drawn on the cards.
I really like the minimalist nature of this prop and being ably to make it myself, is just another plus. This will be my go to business card carrier from now on and while I'm at it, I just might use it to carry "Sign" also by Lewis Le Val and available on this site. Another very good item worth the money and your time. Pick it up and retire all your date divination effects forever.
Both are really great Every Day Carry items that will serve you well. They do me anyway. Boaz!
The homemade nature of this gimmick is what makes it feel so real. It's just some paper to hold your business cards that you glued together. Very disarming. My wife, who's seen it all, did not have a clue how I got the peek with this one.
Just one single piece of A4 paper and you are able to construct one of the most practical peek devices ever. Lewis as always provides fantastic ideas for using this. This knowledge will serve you for life. Great investment IMHO.
This is a beautiful, well thought out, smart, fun thing. I can't see anybody being disappointed with Lewis latest offer.
